These terms are in force for projects booked today and are under review by our attorney. If anything material changes we will post the updated version here with a new effective date, and we will not apply changes retroactively to work already booked.

These Terms of Use govern your use of our website. If you purchase services, our Client Services Agreement governs that relationship and controls in the event of any conflict.

All content on this site — text, graphics, logos, the Edits + Audits name and wordmark, report formats, and sample deliverables — is owned by Edits and Audits LLC or its licensors and protected by intellectual property law.

You may view and print pages for your own evaluation of our services. You may not copy, republish, sell, or use our content to build a competing offering, or use automated tools to scrape the site, without our written permission.

3. Acceptable use

Do not use this site to transmit unlawful, infringing, or malicious material; to attempt unauthorized access to our systems or accounts; to interfere with the site's operation; or to submit false information through our forms.

Content on this site — including descriptions of our services, sample deliverables, pricing, and any articles — is for general information. It does not constitute legal, financial, accessibility-compliance, or professional advice for your situation, and no client relationship is created by reading it. Purchasing services and accepting our Client Services Agreement creates that relationship.

Pricing and turnaround times shown on the site are current offerings and may change. Prices for a project are fixed once booked and paid.
